Description
Time constraints and increased business costs have highlighted the growing potential of the telephone as a powerful and cost effective marketing tool. It is a very useful medium if you want to qualify sales leads, conduct market research, obtain appointments with key decision makers, track responses to a mail marketing campaign or simply promote your products /services. This course blends marketing with some selling to produce a formula that will substantially increase your overall telephone response rate.
